Mr. Nasheer, our revered Chairman & Managing Director is the seasoned veteran and Founder  of Vibrant Enexco. He has an astounding 26 years of proven experience in wind energy and has  been the pioneer of numerous wind power projects in India and internationally. His specialty lies  in wind turbine installation and wind and solar Project development.Â
Mr. Nasheer has been instrumental in executing many wind power projects successfully during  his long association with Pioneer Wincon. During his tenure, he traveled far and wide for  implementing projects in Denmark, Spain and Turkey. He rose to the level of Managing Director in Private limited company and led the team for 3 years.Â

Mr. Alagu Sanakara Narayanan is our go-to for all strategic alliances, purchasing, resource planning and cost optimisation. He has an outstanding experience of 24+ years in the field of supply chain management, purchase, planning and costing and vendor development.
He is a proficient negotiator who strives to source the best quality resources for his company and does not compromise in quality or service.Â
He is a result oriented leader who goes above and beyond to achieve commendable results for his company. His records speak of his commitment to quality, agile project management techniques, consistent progress monitoring, preventive and corrective actions to ensure smooth running and liaising with nodal institutions and officials to ensure seamless implementation and functioning of solar and wind power plants. He has been the representative of the purchase department during multiple ISO Audits.Â
With his leadership, there’s nothing to be feared. For his clients and employees, he would go to any lengths to get them the best of material and service. He has secured approvals from statutory authorities for multiple projects owing to his stellar caliber.Â
He has also been instrumental in evaluating and developing vendor relations for the company, based on price, quality, delivery and customer service, thus ensuring their unwavering loyalty and commitment to quality.Â
